More than one discipline.
I work at the intersection of creativity, technology, operations and business — combining different ways of thinking to understand problems and turn them into practical outcomes.
I built my career by connecting different worlds.
My professional path has never belonged to a single job title. I started with visual communication and event-focused creative work in Bangladesh, developed into graphic design, digital content, websites and marketing, gained international project-management exposure in Saudi Arabia, and later moved into business and management.
After coming to the UK, my work expanded into high-volume digital document operations and secure records processing. At Iron Mountain I have worked across document imaging, HM Passport Office document control and large-scale digital document preparation — experiences that strengthened my understanding of accuracy, process, confidentiality and operational delivery.
Alongside employment, I continue to explore design, technology, websites, digital business and entrepreneurship through my own projects and Flindor Limited.
Four disciplines. One problem-solving mindset.
The value is not in collecting unrelated skills. It is in knowing when and how to connect them.
Creative
Visual communication taught me how to make information clear, engaging and understandable.
Technology
Web and digital work taught me to move beyond appearance and think about systems, interfaces and functionality.
Operations
Secure document and high-volume operational work strengthened my focus on accuracy, process, quality and dependable execution.
Business
Management, marketing and entrepreneurship help me connect an idea to customer needs, organisational goals and real value.
A career built in layers.
Each stage added a new perspective without replacing the one before it.
Design, events & visual communication
Long-term creative work across the EvenTeam ecosystem — including Happy Couple, HuddleByte and UK-focused Royal Tigers Sports Club work — developed my foundation in graphic design, content, branding, event communication and interior concepts.
AL-Yamama · Saudi Arabia
Project-management experience on the Qatif garden project added site coordination, workforce planning, resource management and practical problem-solving.
MAFS + Suma International Services
Graphic design for a UK-based business and later marketing & sales in Bangladesh's travel sector connected creative production with digital promotion, customers and business operations.
MSc Management · University of Hertfordshire
Postgraduate study strengthened my understanding of organisations, leadership, operations, decision-making and the commercial context around technology and digital work.
Iron Mountain
Progressed through imaging, secure HMPO document control and digital document preparation, building hands-on experience in records, data accuracy, confidentiality, quality assurance and high-volume operational workflows.
Flindor + practical digital solutions
Bringing creative, technical, operational and business thinking together to explore useful digital products, services and business opportunities.
Secure operations meet digital thinking.
My current work adds process discipline and real operational experience to a background that began in creativity and technology.
Digital Solutions Document Preparation Clerk
Currently supporting a large-scale digital solutions project in Lutterworth, preparing documentation while maintaining quality, confidentiality and operational accuracy.
Precision. Process. Responsibility.
Working with sensitive and high-volume documentation changed how I think about digital work. Good systems are not only about interfaces — they also depend on reliable processes, accurate information and people who understand why details matter.
Management & information systems.
My academic background strengthens the connection between technology, organisations, business processes and decision-making.
2023 – 2024. Management, leadership, operations, organisations and business decision-making.
2015 – 2018. Business and information-systems foundations connecting organisational needs with technology.
Understand first. Build with purpose.
The same principles apply whether I am designing a visual, improving a workflow or thinking about a digital product.
Start with the real problem.
I prefer to understand the objective, audience, constraints and context before choosing a tool or solution.
Use the right disciplines.
Some problems need design. Others need technology, better process or clearer business thinking. Often they need a combination.
Make the result usable.
A good idea becomes valuable when it works reliably in the real environment where people actually need it.
Build useful UK businesses from real problems.
My long-term goal is to become more than a service provider. I want to research recurring problems faced by UK businesses, validate where technology can make a measurable difference, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical, scalable digital businesses.

Combine experience, research and technology to build solutions that remove friction for real organisations and customers.
UK SME Digital Growth System
Create a more connected way for small UK businesses to manage their digital presence, customer communication and growth rather than relying on disconnected suppliers and tools.
Many local SMEs need a website, branding, marketing, customer follow-up and analytics, but each activity can sit in a different place. The result can be duplicated effort, inconsistent communication and limited visibility of what is actually producing value.
- Business website or e-commerce storefront
- Central brand/content assets
- CRM and customer follow-up workflow
- Email, social and messaging automation
- Campaign planning and reusable content
- Simple performance and customer analytics
Restaurants, takeaways, cafés, salons, local retailers, trades, construction firms, estate agents, accountants, solicitors, startups and small e-commerce businesses.
Start with setup/project fees and clearly packaged services, then move toward monthly support, marketing retainers and subscription-style access to repeatable digital tools or workflows.
Interview UK SMEs, map their current tools and costs, identify the most repeated pain points, compare competitors, build a small prototype, then test it with pilot customers before investing in a larger platform.
Secure Digital Workflow & Document Solutions
Use what I have learned from real document imaging, HMPO document control and digital preparation environments to explore simpler information-management tools for smaller organisations.
Smaller organisations can still depend on shared folders, email attachments, manual naming and fragmented approval processes. That can make documents slow to find, difficult to track and harder to manage consistently.
- Secure web-based document portal
- Digitisation and structured record capture
- Metadata, naming and categorisation
- Fast search, preview and controlled download
- Workflow/status tracking and approvals
- Quality checks and audit-friendly activity history
- Automation of repetitive administration
Professional services, property businesses, construction/contracting teams, small care/service organisations and other SMEs that handle recurring documents but may not need a complex enterprise records platform.
A cloud-based subscription with different storage/workflow tiers, onboarding or digitisation services, and optional business-specific configuration and support.
Observe real document-management pain points, document current workflows, define the minimum secure feature set, compare existing EDMS/document portal products, prototype search/upload/retrieval, then run controlled pilots with suitable businesses.
Flindor Digital Commerce & Scalable Products
Use Flindor as a practical entrepreneurial environment: sell, test, learn from customers and operations, then turn repeated problems into productised services or technology-led products.
E-commerce provides direct exposure to sourcing, listings, pricing, inventory, marketplaces, customer journeys and operational data. Those activities can reveal repeatable problems that are difficult to understand from theory alone.
- Flindor e-commerce and digital storefronts
- Marketplace learning across online sales channels
- Productised creative and digital services
- Website/e-commerce setup and ongoing support
- Recurring service or subscription opportunities
- Integrated purchasing, inventory, CRM and reporting workflows
Which operational or customer-acquisition problems repeat across my own business and other UK businesses; which are expensive enough to solve; and which can be standardised rather than delivered manually every time.
Keep e-commerce and services as a learning and revenue engine, productise repeatable work into packages and recurring support, then invest in the strongest validated problem as a focused technology product.
Track operational data, customer questions and repeated manual tasks; interview other sellers/SMEs; test process improvements internally; turn successful improvements into prototypes; and pilot them outside Flindor before wider development.
From portfolio to a genuine technology business.
Experience becomes opportunity.
I’m interested in practical problems where digital systems, automation, better information and thoughtful experiences can make an existing process simpler, more useful or more efficient.
I want the next stage of my work to stay evidence-led: understand the problem first, identify the opportunity, and then decide what is worth building.
